How to use the Photoshop PSD file:

• Open the PSD file in Photoshop CC
• In the layers panel Double-click the red layer thumbnail
• In the new window click the green layer
• Go to the menu "File", then click "Place Embedded", select the design from your computer, and hit enter
• Now, close that window and when it asks if you want to save changes, click "YES"
• Save it in your desired format and you are done
